About Servix International
Servix International is the global division of Se&Se Auditors & Chartered Accountants — the first officially authorized fiscal representative in Italy. We bring institutional credibility to international sellers operating in the EU.
Who we are
Servix International is the international-facing division of Se&Se Auditors & Chartered Accountants S.p.A. STP — a regulated Italian professional firm registered with the Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti, with two decades of operating history and over 30,000 VAT registrations completed for foreign clients.
We were the first firm in Italy to be officially authorized by the Italian Tax Authorities to act as fiscal representative for foreign entities. That authorization came with a €2 million fideiussione deposit that we maintain on permanent deposit with the Italian State — the highest tier of guarantee in our segment.
What we do
We sit at the intersection of three regulatory worlds:
- Italian and EU VAT — registration, fiscal representation, OSS/IOSS, returns, refunds.
- Customs, contracts, and corporate compliance — through our certified network (Studio Lipani, Studio Vallefuoco, Studio Scaccia).
- Environmental compliance — EPR registrations covering Italy and the major EU jurisdictions.
For e-commerce sellers — particularly Amazon FBA operators expanding into the EU — we are a single counterparty covering every regulated step between a foreign business and an active Italian VAT number that ships compliantly into all 27 member states.
Where we operate
Our Italy headquarter in Rome is the home of our regulated practice. Our China branch in Shenzhen serves the Chinese export market — ServiX 中国 operates as our operational hub for Chinese sellers entering the EU. Our United States branch in Bellevue, WA serves the US Amazon-seller community.
The three offices share a single compliance team in Rome, so a US seller and a Chinese seller talking to Servix on the same day are talking to the same chartered accountants — only the time zone changes.
